Daughters of the Vote – Application Deadline June 30, 2016

parliament-hill Equal Voice has launched an initiative designed to encourage young women to find out more about the political process and how they can get involved.

Daughters of the Vote will provide young women throughout the country an opportunity to experience firsthand how politics works and how they can impact the political process provincially and on the federal scene. One applicant from each of the 10 federal ridings in New Brunswick will be chosen to attend a two-day workshop in Ottawa. No political experience is necessary, just a keen interest in community issues and a willingness to share what they’ve learned.
