Citizens of Upper Madawaska have demanded the closer of the Envirem Organics plant after learning that it has previously emitted particular matter at a level of 360mg, 3 times more than the legal limit. The government must stand with the citizens of Upper Madawaska and enforce the regulations under the Clean Air Act.
