WILAC – Basic Income: New Brunswick needs a better social program

What I Learned At Commitee (WILAC): You may have heard that the best social program is a job. This is not the case for 18,000 New Brunswickers who are unemployable, including those who are disabled. We need a better social program and that’s called a basic income guarantee.
