Sunday in the Park with David Coon: Summary

August 25, 2016 David Coon

On July 17th, David Coon hosted a town hall meeting at Stepping Stones Seniors Centre. He was joined by City Councillors: Kate Rogers, Greg Ericson, and John MacDermid. Here’s a brief video summarizing the event.

Hi. I’m David. We just finished one of my constituency meetings which was great. People brought everything from concerns over the lack of transparency in government with some suggestions about what to do to the fact that we need recycling in apartment buildings in New Brunswick. As usual I had city councilors as part of the meeting and the deputy mayor. This was a special kind of event because we brought all the councilors from the riding together in Fredericton South for a city-wide meeting, at least for the south side. This fall I’ll be moving back into my neighbourhood by neighbourhood meetings where we go from Skyline Acres to Sunshine Gardens so that we can meet more locally. We had a great meeting. Please watch davidcoonmla.ca for the dates of the neighbourhood meetings that will be coming up this fall.
